PONTIC has an in-depth screening process and high expectations for our employees. In the rare case that an employee has an unfortunate incident that results in a no call-no show, PONTIC will make every attempt to get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
You're able to cancel a dental professional at any time, but will be subject to a cancellation fee if it's within 3 days of the scheduled booking. If you have a concern about a dental professional, you may submit a Incident Reporting Form.
